Frank is amazing!! He provided a great service and found a truck when my other plans fell through. I totally forgot about needing a dolly and he recommended one, thank goodness he said something , he saved my back for sure!!

I needed to find a climate controlled storage unit ASAP and Frank the manager was incredibly helpful and friendly. I was able to move my items in immediately. The facility is well maintained and immaculate. My unit was super clean and I have peace of mind knowing that my things are safe and secure. I am very satisfied with my experience at Midgard Self Storage and highly recommend this facility!

Paid online, my access code did not work. I called and was never called back. After sitting 20 minutes in the burning heat I followed people in and out for the rest of the day in order to use my unit. Called 4 more times during the day and was constantly told the manager will call me and no one ever did. My unit is great but no one swept it out and there is no light. I don't know what the timer is for that is attached to the inside post. The following day my access code magically worked but no one was in the office and anytime I come in when it says there's someone in the office there's no one there. Regardless The Price is Right in these times when landlords are raising all their rents but no one's raising our wages.

Super easy to rent a unit! I did it online! They have regular units and climate controlled ones. Decent prices. Gated with codes. Also rent U-Hauls and sell moving supplies as well as locks for your unit.

The Midgard here in Florence is a great storage location. They have clean units and nice buildings. Brittney, an employee at this location, is the best. She’s very thorough, extremely helpful, and kind. The prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for a storage unit.
