This location is literally never open. Even during business hours they advertise on the website and FRONT DOOR. I recommend going through TMobile and skipping the headache.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Google says 8pm close time and so does the door. I went at 7:42 and the doors were locked. Not a good way to do business!!

Awesome experience. I was porting (moving my number) from straight talk to metro. Usually it can be a process. And it was. Mo the owner was on top of it. He guaranteed I wasn't leaving til it was done and he got it done. He was patient and helpful with the process. Honest about my phone options and hooked me up with a great phone and case package. Definitely the worst stress free experience with a phone company/store changing phone services and keeping my number. I recommend in the shoals are to go to the wood ave location for your metro pce business.

This has been a reliable location for me but my last visit is one for the trashcan, I was just getting my data transferred to a new phone I was eligible for an upgrade and it was a different clerk, time was sensitive for me so it didn't matter what the model of the phone was, I was charged $10 more than previous visits,to go from 5g to 4g. How's that an upgrade??
