We purchased a queen short from Mattress Country. The salesman was very helpful, cordial and wanted to make sure we were getting what we wanted. We received our mattress. Inially visited at closing on a Saturday, unaware of the hours. Ethan met us in the parking lot and offered to reopen and access our needs. I told him to just go on and we would be back later in the week and we did, and glad of it. While I could have shopped online and may have done okay on my own. Ethan certainly made it a worthwhile trip and saved us some money. Delivery and setup went well also. We are definitely sleeping better with these decisions.

I was very happy with purchasing my mattress at Mattress County,I was pleased that I was free to walk around the store and try any mattress I wanted, the sales people did not follow me around trying to pressure me into purchasing a mattress. When I had a questionDustin was near by and was able to answer any questions. When I had decided on a couple that I liked, he was helpful in helping me decide which one was what I needed and did not try to get me to purchase the more expensive mattress, he saved me money there and they offer a great warranty. I highly recommend going to them when you are out looking for a mattress.

The sales associates were very helpful on the phone and on the day I visited the store. I had several questions which they answered. Their knowledge helped me decide on the best mattress for my needs. I ended up purchasing a more expensive mattress than I intended but I believe I will be happy with my purchase. They did not try to push me to the higher price. Our decision was purely based on comfort for our back and hip pain. They have all the major brands in one place which is convenient. Also 0 percent financing. I look forward to delivery in about a week.
