I came in seeking measurement advice and was told "we dont do that". When I asked if I could be shown some sizes to try she said "no there's no money at." Trust me...there will be no money from me with terrible customer service like this. Rude and snooty.

My husband needed a suit for a funeral the next day. After going to several retail shops, we ended up at the London Shop. Renae had us fixed up with a suit, shirt, and tie in no time. She even knew correct measurements before she measured! All alterations were complete before the end of the business day. 10/10 recommend!

I thought it would be an actual London Store. With English souvenirs, candy, etc. It turns out it is a clothes store. No clothing for women, only men and boys. The store stunk and it had high prices.
