I ordered 2 Lazyboy recliners which we love but the padding in the back was not sufficient. Lackey's took them in and did an excellent job without charge while we had lunch and shopped. That was a worry free experience!

This is the best place to buy furniture! They are so nice and helpful to help you find the right piece! But not pushy at all! They sell off the showroom floor so unless you are changing the color or something, you can get it quickly! Highly recommend!!!

Found what we needed in mattress set and the price was affordable. Very nice staff and they didn't force us to wear a mask to shop in their store. This was a little over a year ago. Those people complaining able the employees not wearng masks- if you chose to wear one, then what's the problem?
