I came in looking for a specific shirt. While they didn't have what I was looking for, I would not have bought from them if they did. I have never been so thoroughly ignored in any shopping experience. No one greeted me me, none of the ladies on the floor (that were just standing around doing nothing) helped me. I used to work the men's department at kohl's. This place has gone so far south it's not even funny. I will not be back.

I love shopping at Kohl's. And I hate shopping. It just when I go into Kohl's I find everything I need. The prices are awesome and staff is so friendly and helpful.

Come here all the time to use the bathroom an shop but they treat people very poorly Its just nicer then the bathroom were I work an they must have thought I was weird for coming in to poop cause they glare at me every time I come in to use the restroom like I steal or something I have spent hundreds of dollars at this Kohl's but they still do this to me I just am going to stop coming here the employees leave the bathroom open when they see me too now so it's no longer at nice environment for me :/ even when I'm buying they are glaring an stalking it makes the whole experience uncomfortable

Bought shoes online that were wrong size. Was able to swap at store with no problems. Very nice people in customer service.

I was not very happy with my shopping experience today due to the sales advertising saying one price but was actually higher and this has happened several times before as well and this is not a good experience.
