Where do I start…I don’t know of many places that you can call anymore and actually get the best service. Joey and the Kaleidoscope Florist team are probably some of the best florists I’ve ever done business with.
When my Mother passed away recently. I didn’t know where to start. I knew what I wanted but then again I didn’t know. I called Joey and spoke with him and he told me not to worry about it that he knew exactly what she would want. It was hard enough being that it was a Holiday week on top of everything else.
When I arrived at the funeral home for the service. When I walked in and saw the casket spray that was on my mother’s casket. I was in awe. They were absolutely stunning. My mother would have been so pleased. Word can’t express how much I appreciated all the hard work that was put into her spray. I can’t tell you how many people who attended her funeral that ask me if they could take pictures of the flowers.
Thank you so very much to Joey and all of his team at Kaleidoscope for a fantastic job.

Ordered flowers over the phone (which is always risky) to be delivered to our hotel for my wife on an anniversary trip. The flowers were in our room upon arrival.
They were beautiful, and our entire room smelled amazing when we walked in! My wife was so pleased. Great Job! We used to have a floral business and we were impressed! 5 star all the way!

As soon as I walked through the door of Kaleidoscope Florist & Designs, I was welcomed with a friendly and compassionate employee. He was such a pleasure and put at ease the stress of shopping for a special loved one who had lost her husband. He helped me find the right gift. I told him what I was looking for, and he walked me around the shop to show me the options, and I had no problem with what I picked out. Kaleidoscope handled the rest from there. My loved one also used Kaleidoscope for her husband's funeral flowers. I attached just the blanket of the flowers below , along with the beautiful picture I purchased as keepsake for my loved one. I highly recommend. Thank you so much for your compassion, beautiful flowers, sprays, plants, throws, and more that was purchased. May God bless you and your business!!!!!!!

Kaleidoscope Florist & Designs did an AMAZING JOB on a funeral spray! Joey was so helpful and told me not to worry they would make sure the design was beautiful. They absolutely delivered on that promise. I was delighted when I saw the arrangement. I had never used this florist before and was ordering from out of state. When I moved here a few months ago a florist was not on my to do list to find. It was for my older boys still living in Cali. For my 1st Mother’s Day away from them, they were on the hunt. So glad they found Kaleidoscope Florist in Florence, for my flowers are still in full bloom, not one has wilted and Lilies are still opening a week later. Thank you for making my heart full with the most beautiful flowers ? Amazing ?

Nothing but problems from Kaleidoscope. The first time they accused me of stealing from them. I only pick up flowers on site from the refrigerator, I never place orders in advance. They kept sending me demand letters with an invoice to pay up. I told them I only select arrangements from the case. I’ve never ordered flowers in advance, so unless I physically stole from the store (which I’ve never done), there is no way I owe them money. The woman on the phone shouted at me and told me the burden was on me to prove I paid, and hung up on me. They then went back in their books and found my credit card payment and I was vindicated. Now, another issue arose, my mom called and place a flower order for me and they didn’t quite have the flowers she wanted, and the guy she talked to was short and rude, which left a bad feeling, so she immediately called back and cancelled. They apparently didn’t actually cancel the order, they billed her credit card and delivered flowers she didn’t like or want. I called and as I was explaining the man on the phone yelled at me to “HOLD ON.” I have never been talked to like this. I yelled back and he hung up on me. I’ve had it with these rude people. This is the second time they have made a very egregious billing mistake and not only are they not humble and contrite, they lash out. So poorly managed. Avoid Kaleidoscope at all costs. Dean’s does a much better arrangement, and are always kind and happy to take your call.
