Got to the store before closing and they had already locked the doors. Why even have a closing time if you don't honor it?

You can imagine how upsetting it is to drive over an hour and a business to have doors locked 10 minutes before closing. All I was coming in for was one simply thing of yarn. There was a heavy set employee walking up and down the main aisle trying to squeeze into the end cap thinking I would walk away or that I didn't see her but I did. Also called the phone and they chose to let it ring for 3 minutes. There's a reason your store hours are set if you can't work a full shift you shouldn't have a job period. And yes I will be contacting corporate and yes I will be cross posting the review. And to whoever on shift thinks this is acceptable practices- may you lose your job going against your companies policies and store hours.

Watch out for the return policy. My wife bought a iron that was defective and because it has a cord it can’t be replaced or returned. That means when you buy that $500 sewing machine that is broken and you can’t replace it, you have a $500 paperweight.

Really like the selection of fabric there. The sales are good as well. Only reason for no 5 stars would be the time you have to wait to get checked out.

They are ripping people off with their very high prices,the employees very rude.the one area looks like a junk yard things just thrown around. Thread prices crazy,fabric prices have tripled, I will go to Walmart or order thru websites before buying at JoAnn anymore and I have been a customer since they opened
