I was referred to these guys several years ago by a man at an auto parts store....he told me that was who he sent his mom to. These guys have always been honest and upfront with me. They don't pressure me by trying to make me replace things just to make a buck. They do great work and are are friendly too. I have gone here for years and will continue to unless something changes....which I hope it doesn't. I highly recommend them.

It was time to have my Gmc transmission fluid filter changed/ fluid flush. It was going to cost me another $150 to have it flushed and I ask them to please not flush it if after filter change, my fluid still seemed to be good. I went to pick truck up after they finished and guy told me fluid looked good and did not need flushed. I don't know about others experience but there are places out there that would have went ahead and flushed no matter if it was good or not. There are even places that would have not flushed but said they did just to get a extra clear $150. Honesty goes a hell of a long way with me these days and I will be going back to jiffy lube the next time I need service. Thank you Guys!

Fast Friendly Service! Very knowledgeable crew! Nice seating area to sit and wait while they work on your car. Service prices are very reasonable! I will bring my car to them again!

Please be sure that the TECH....older guy with gray hair see this review.....i was driving on florence blvd.tuesday the 23rd of January 2024& my windshield wipers quit....I mean it was pouring rain.I was able to pull in here& told him what was going on& he checked the fuse& it had blown so he replaced it.he was so nice& I will never forget him.but before I could pull away after exiting the bay the wipers stopped again.this time he was very busy& told me it was much more than a fuse.he was correct it was DIAG.as my wiper pump had quit.i had to have a brand new wiper pump ordered& installed@ express oil change that service my car.STILL I HAVE TO LET PEOPLE KNOW HOW JIFFY LUBE TRIED TO HELP& I HAVE A REEL ABOUT IT ON MY FACEBOOK PAGE.....AUTHOR SHEILA PITTS NELMS HUGHES❗I WILL BE GIVING THEM SOME BUSINESS DUE TO THIS KIND ACT??
