Not good. I couldn't get a advanced loan due to something didn't add up she said, like my name didn't add up to my SS number and other minor things that she really didn't check into.but i callef SS office and they said everything was fine on thete end

Went above and beyond to help us. Saved us over two thousand dollars over what we were told at H&R. We actually got a refund when we were told elsewhere we would owe!!!! They took the time to actually look into ways to help us instead of just getting us out as quickly as possible

I had the worst experience with Jackson Hewitt , I don't they file correctly. They took a big chunk of money out of my taxes ! That was my first and last time going to them!!

They call to tell me they have my state check (at 5pm) i asked what time they closed since wed is the only day they re open and she said 6 and i told her i didnt get off til 6. She told me to come when i got off that she would still be there so i drove 20 mins to get there and she was gone!! 20 mins in the oppiset direction of my house after working 12 hours and for her to be GONE!! I could have just made an appt or let her mail it to me but now i cant get in touch with anyone to even let thwm know to just mail it!!
