Alicia is who helped me. This time every year I DREAD it so much because it gives me a crazy amount of anxiety. After putting it off long enough, I finally went in and wish I wouldn’t have waited so long. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It felt like I was sitting there with a friend I had known for years! Not only will I be back next year, thanks to her I know I won’t be so overwhelmed when it’s time to file again. Beyond grateful there are still people out there like her. If you’re still considering where to go to file, this is your sign to look no further!!

Called Alicia at Florence AL office and said come on in. I was there within 15 minutes and out in about 45 minutes. Got an important phone call while there that was upsetting about a relative going to final stages of an illness. She was very compassionate and caring, said she would be praying and quickly got us on our way.

Beware!!! of this place the tax preparer Elisha has no problem giving out confidential information . That’s completely confidentiality. Beware allowing her to file your tax return.

Fast easy service with a smile, I scheduled an appointment walked straight in and to the back even after showing up a little late they got me right in no problem. Amy Ingram was so very pleasant, helpful and had me in and out in less than thirty minutes flat. I've used this office for ten years or more and it's always been like that since I began using them. Quick easy professional and always understanding and helpful, answer any questions you might have with courtesy. Six stars.

If you want to receive personal attention to your tax preparation, I personally recommend you see Alicia at the Darby drive Jackson Hewitt office in Florence.Alicia has done my end of year returns for several years, and I am always very pleased with the results.
