Dr. Defoor, the Nurses and office staff are great but the older woman who draws blood in their lab is terrible! Both times she's dug and dug in my arm. Every other phlebotomist and lab tech in town can draw blood right away but this vein winch enjoys inflicting maximum damage I guess. And nasty attitude to boot. Thank God everyone else there including Dr. Defoor is so wonderful they make up for her inability to perform.

Dr Defoor is a very understand dr...patient and easy to talk to...he get to the root of your problem.. if he do know what’s wrong he will dig until he finds you help....
