My car had to be towed in because it failed to crank. I called to let them know that the vehicle was coming and got an appointment the same day. They diagnoses the problem and kept me informed every step of the way. The staff was very courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful!

Although the dealership checked my car for the brake trouble I was having, they offered no solution for the point of the appointment (which was constant brake squeal). I'm so tired of this dealership! They're egar to make a deal, but when comes to service afterwards, they act like it's coming directly out of their pockets, coming up with whatever reason to not make it right.

Everyone was very nice and respectful. It's always the same whenever I go to Greenway of florence the people greet you with a smile and and ready to help you with whatever you need. I'm glad I chose Greenway to buy my car.

I bought a used car here about 4 months ago and there interior warranty. There was stains on my front seats. I did go in a couple times about getting them cleaned under my warrenty. Once Anthony was involved with getting it done...it diffently got done. My seats look brand new!! Thank you Anthony so much!! So any kind of service go to Anthony at the Service Department Greenway Nissan in Florence.

I recently bought a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe from them. I have to say it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Not to mention the warranty they offer is amazing! I will definitely go back for future cars. Highly recommend!!

Well I was very disappointed when I took my vehicle to the dealership to get my air conditioner fixed, When I bought my car last November I also purchased 2 different warranties for the car that covers a lot of things (or so we thought) So anyway we take in my car so they can check out the AC and they guy tells me they will call me to let me know if the warranty place is going to accept or decline the claim ti fix it, So they call me the following day to tell me that it was declined by the warranty place and that my AC needs a Blower motor “ and they could put me one in for $1,800 or an after market one for $1,600. So of course I’m very upset at that point and still not understanding why the warranty isn’t covering it even though it said air conditions , they said it didn’t Specify blower motor” in those exact words! Umm ok .. whatever! So back to the estimate they gave me the $1,800 so I’m like I can’t afford that so I just get online ti look it up and I find the exact part that my AC needs and it’s literally only $42 So they were going to charge me like basically $1,600-$1,700 in LABOR?!?! I DONT THINK SO!! ? YOU WOULD THINK AFTER PURCHASING YOUR VEHICLE WITH THEM AND THE 2 EXTRA WARRANTIES THEY WOULD TRY AND HELP YA OUT JUST A LITTLE BUT NO INSTEAD THEY TRY TO SCREW PEOPLE OUT OF A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY WHEN THE PART I NEED IS ONLY $42???? LOL WHAT A FREAKING JOKE! AND I STILL HAD TO PAY THEM $170 JUST BECAUSE THEY RAN DIAGNOSTICS, THATS A RIP OFF TOO! ANYWAY WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT BUY AN EXTRA WARRANTY BECAUSE ITS WORTH ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!

I was very disappointed that someone didn’t call me. Because I ask the guy if he would call me when it was ready and he told me he would. But I got no call I went by there and the truck was done and a girl gave me my keys.
