Patty (Loan Officer) was not just someone to determine if I was worthy of a loan but she was genuinely concerned about my situation. She not only helped me with a loan but mentored me on how to improve my credit for the future. This credit union treats you as family not just another customer. I am so proud to be a member and I share my story with family, friends, neighbors, and even new residents in our community. Patty and the entire staff at FFCU always are smiling and welcoming the minute that you walk in the door. In my eyes Patty was not just my loan officer, but a friend and mentor to help improve my life.Thank-you for all you do for me and our community.
