From the time I walked into the doors in Florence Alabama my stress level dropped. Chris was amazing,helpful and made my 10 minute refrigerator buying experience amazing. The delivery drivers called 15 minutes prior to coming,which is a big plus when you have animals. They where both so polite and took over and made the delivery fantastic. Thank you all for the wonderful experience. I will never go anywhere else.

Thank Electronic Express for your excellent costumer service!! My mom’s TV went out suddenly and she was not sure what to get. Elijah was wonderful! He listened to her questions, looked at pictures of her current set up and was able to get her an affordable TV that worked with the cable box she had! Couldn’t be happier with how they helped her and eased her worries. I would definitely recommend stopping in for your electronic needs!

Choosing the best television for your use today isn't just about the price. I use mine for watching old sitcoms and movies. Picture quality is what I wanted. I spoke with Brock. He knew which brand was best for my use. I'm perfectly happy with my new LG OLED 77 inch screen. Thanks Brock.

Very impressed by my last visit to Electronics Express in Florence. Excellent customer service- deserves more than 5 stars! Before Christmas I walked in desperate to finish my Christmas shopping but didn’t know much about the items on my boy’s list. Dakota went above and beyond and was so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I left confident with my choices thanks to his help. … gaming monitors and electric scooters my boys have absolutely loved! Really appreciated the stellar customer service even during the busy holiday season ! Going to be buying some kitchen appliances here next thanks to how they treat their customers !

I recently purchased a LG french door fridge. The salesperson was friendly and happy to help! My only complaint is that after I got it home I discovered that the water filter was missing? Not a big deal, but considering how expensive it was you would think it would be included!!
