Normally I'm not one to leave a review but it was kind of a sucky experience. I tried to go in at 8:50 to snag two plates really quick before they closed and they had already locked the doors. It was a black/dark brown hair manager (maybe gender fluid) and an older lady with long grey hair and glasses. When I called to ask if I they were still open (they weren't supposed to close until 9), they said they were closing. Just kind of sucks to post the hours and then I'm standing in the rain because they closed early.

One of the nicer, cleaner stores in the area. They actually stock it and keep it clean but the employees are all rude. I walked in one night and was almost ran over by the night manager with a broom, I moved to let her by (if she had any sense that route would have worked better for her, but obviously she lacked sense) I waited for her to go by and she stopped, looked at me and pointed and said “move” I moved shocked and just went on because I needed items and didn’t want to leave and go to another store, when she comes back up the exact space I originally had moved to let her by and almost runs me over again, I moved again and watched as she almost plowed over several other shoppers who also commented on how rude she was. If that wasn’t bad enough down another aisle the cashier walked right in front of me as I was looking at something, stopped and proceeded to move stuff blocking my view, and of course never said excuse me or anything… that was the last time I’ve been in that store since that happened. I’ll tolerate a lot, because you never get spoken to here, or thanked, and usually always treated rude, but I will not tolerate being ran over with a broom and told to move and then having someone walk right in front of me like that. I understand times are tough and stores are hiring anything just to get by, but these people are clearly the worst retail has to offer

It's a good store except this one only had one cashier and the line was long but I'm patient but they should get her some help .

Great selection of craft supplies! More craft and decor items than I've seen at any other locations. They did not have fall stuff on sale like the other locations though.
