CVS Pharmacy in Florence is a full-service pharmacy with experienced, helpful pharmacists. The staff is excellent, friendly, and goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. They are knowledgeable about inventory and medications, help quickly, and will contact doctors if needed. Prescriptions are often ready promptly. Customers appreciate the convenient service so much that they are willing to use this location over others. The pharmacy offers many services, including flu and COVID-19 vaccines, help searching for savings, and options for online management, auto-refill, and same-day pick-up.
Josh is the best pharmacist we have ever delt with. He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is taken care of quickly and knows about their meds. He will call the Dr if a prescription isn't called in within a reasonable amount of time. My insurance changed but I was willing to pay more to deal with Josh!

This CVS is much better than the one on 1002 cox creek. They have their self together. They know the inventory and are helpful.
