Got to the store at 4:30. On 12/17/23The lady was helping someone else. And said she wouldn’t be able to get to us before the store closed. We walked to T-Mobile .when we came back she closed the store early and was smoking outside.Not sure how this is good customer service.

My experience with this particular establishment was terrible the employees was young and not trained properly. They had no access to the computer to try and help switch carriers. They called the man who apparently runs it and was in speaker. Have made three trips and the girl said they would reimburse if service didn't work. I called cooperate in the store which she did everything possible to help but was unable to get the issues resolved but able to retrieve phone number. I switched back to carrier I've had for years. I had there service less than a month couldn't get calls nor texts as they came in. Cooperate is supposed to make sure all employees in this particular establishment is trained correctly. I do not recommend this establishment at all. If you want to use the carrier there is another retailer across the bridge but, make sure you live close to a at&t tower or you will miss calls , texts emails etc. I will not ever use them nor do I recommend them but, cooperate headquarters is wonderful. The lack of knowledge, professionalism and rudeness from man over store I will never be back nor recommend them.

My phone died the other day so I went to Cricket. We all decided that mine was just to old, I'd had my phone for about 5 years!!The employees worked with me and I got a great deal on my new phone. I would recommend the store in Florence, Al. on Cox Creek Parkway!

Walked into this store after looking online.... First off they only had one phone in stock to sell... Of course it wasn't the phone I wanted... Second advertise one price .. was told a much different price in store... Third the amount of glade plug in in the store made me taste the air. Assaulted by the sheer amount of perfume in this tiny store.... It was overwhelming to the point I walked out without finishing the conversation. Never going here again.. also the guy working there was very incompetent.
