Very unprofessional and not a clue on silver coins. Lady was very rude to me after she offered $24 for 16 40% Kennedy half dollars and I told her I couldn't do that because melt value was over $60. She said no it wasn't that I was lying.(actual melt value was $67 this was on 4-12-2024 the day I came into the shop) I personally will never be back in the place. I would highly recommend to not carry silver coins in the shop. Never had someone so rude and unprofessional in a place of business. This place is a joke!!!!!!!!!

Kendall is very polite and welcoming. Matt is polite. But the staff doesn’t seem to be knowledgeable about the small amount of silver bullion they do have on hand. Prices are way too steep and they don’t adjust prices with the market and are unwilling to negotiate.
