I do not recommend this service. My brother purchased a car for his family and had to take the vehicle back one day later because it had already began to mess up! They had the car for 5 total months which led him to take it elsewhere because this place was giving him the run around and would never communicate! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

do not buy a car from there !!!! my brother purchased a car for his family and he had to take the car back the next day bc it was already messing up! they’ve had the car since august 15th (5 months) he had to end up taking it somewhere else to get it looked at bc they kept giving him the run around and wouldn’t communicate! would not recommend to ANYONE!!!!!

An honest mechanic is so hard to come by these days, but this one right here is it! I am so glad I passed by this place on the way to work or else I would have never known about them. He did excellent work on my Audi A8 and even found the same parts for $300 less and gave me the savings instead of putting it in his pocket! Parts came in and he fixed it same day, just in time for our road trip. Put 2k miles on it since then and she runs like a dream! Thank you guys so much for taking such good care of me and my Audi!

Terrible , they’ve had my car almost 5 months with no type of communication just a bunch of lies when I call them , crooks with dealers license , I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to buy a car here I would much rather tell them walk

Been dealing with them since May 2023 about a turbo they replaced 2 times. Ended up having to pay another $3600 to get it replaced and a bad hose they put back on my car by Hunt Auto in Crichton Al. Was told if I would send core back to them (Clean Runnings) they would refund my money. Now they are saying they will not!!Stay clear of the Mini Cooper dept

Clean Runnings in Florence, AL is the best automotive cleaning/detailing business you will ever have the pleasure of being a customer at and the quality of work they do is second to none. They are consistent, professional, incredibly talented at what they do, and always exceed my expectations with the detailing package they do on my vehicles. Tiffany does amazing work with attention to detail on cleaning, polishing, ceramic coatings, and all work she does inside and out on vehicles. Absolutely the best anywhere around. We purchased a 2010 BMW convertible in June costing us 19,999.claimed he could deliver(to ky)He delivered as promised after completing work on the car .Within 10 minutes after he left the car, the check engine lights got came on He told us then they added some kind treatment to the gas which only had 1/4 tank making a longer story short. We drove the car maybe 40 miles showing our car to family. The car began to run very Bad. Took the car to mechanic. A new motor is being installed approximately $10,000 -$12,000 we’re paying after a 40 mile ride. We believe he certainly knew the car has serious problems. AND GUESS WHO WONT RETURN OUR MESSAGES!! And we to thought he was a good guy! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!! He’s right we didn’t buy the warranty it was list as garage kept all paper work ( had none) and like new! Before he was 10 min away we called him and he said he put an additive and forgot to fill the card with gas. Stalling. We he talked also he tried to get us to purchase a warranty fraudulently and wait and claim in 30 days. People he’s a CROOK!!

I have come here for years ever since they started out as a small business over on Mall Road. This is by far the BEST detailing company I’ve ever been to and I have been overly pleased each time. The employees are extremely kind and friendly, and I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone in need of a detail. I have been to other detailers in different areas and have never been as pleased as I am at Clean Runnings. Big thanks to Patrick and Tiffany!

Got my car in the shop the same day it messed up, had it fixed by the next day! Friendly staff and will be back to get my car detailed!
