“Very polite folks, but please be advised: this business only accepts credit or debit cards. I didn’t know this until I was at the kiosk. I did not see anything on the website to warn that the business was cash-free. I also did not see any on-site signage with that information. The attendant who greeted me at the self-serve kiosk informed me that the self-serve kiosk only takes cards. He was very polite, but I personally will probably not go back, unless the business starts to take cash.
EDIT: I won’t reach out to Customer Service but would be very grateful, if the business adds cash as a payment method. :-)”
“Brought my hyundai sonata after moving in the rain and it was absolutely filthy inside and out from mud. Brought it at 10 am and they had it back to me at 2 and it was completely spotless. Looked brand new and was amazing. Great price, highly recommend!”

“It’s ok. Not amazing, not terrible. My car seems to always been slightly dirty after from the hard water, and I find it rude to ask for a tip when the employees only swipe your card and don’t actually do anything towards the service.”

“The service here IS exemplary. The young gentleman helped me select my wash and checked on me a couple times. He was nice enough to spray off my rubber mats that were heavily soiled. The wash did a good job for a tunnel wash, and vacuums were STRONG. I went during the week and had no wait time or issues finding a vacuum stall. The pricing is reasonable, competitive. I am totally happy with my decision to try Southern Shine- I'd recommend this spot for a good tunnel wash.”
“What do I need to review?!?! It's one of many self care wash places, where I took my car to spray off the engine, with a degreaser, and then spray the entire car off. Each time I get the oil changed, I spray a degreaser on the engine, let it settle, as I spray the car off. Then, I spray the engine. It helps keep the engine clean.”
