I had to be last minute transferred to the MS location after the Florence Al office "dropped the ball" on not standing behind their commitment to have me a car at their location that had been CONFIRMED and SCHEDULED for over a week. You were kind, considerate, empathetic, easy to deal with, always helpful and you and your staff are just all around the greatest rental business in this whole entire area and you definitely put all those other so called rental agencies that are nothing but a worthless joke to shame!! I'd recommend you all to anyone and everyone that would stand still and listen to me long enough!!
