The staff there was supposed to email me and give me information about my insurance that I already paid for and they have not contacted like they said they would. I don’t know if my car is insured or not. I live in another country in a different time zone so I can’t just call whenever. I need answers and help with my insurance and cannot get anyone to help me or contact me via email. My daughter is driving my car and I don’t feel safe with Allstate. Your staff is very unprofessional. It’s like you just took my money and now don’t want to help me. I paid up in full for 6 months. This is no way to treat people.
