Zero stars. The tellers are rude and will call to ask questions about your account while giggling. I shouldn't have to worry about wth my bank is doing. Closing accounts is nigh impossible; every day they call me and say "oh you have a pending charge LOL, you need to bring us another check to cover it because we still haven't closed your account yet". Service at the bank, online, and on the phone is all horrific. Difficult to find an ATM and if you do, good luck, because none of the debit cards they've issues have worked. I was a Compass customer for a long time but these people are horrific to deal with. I've tried to submit complaints three times to corporate and they don't care either.Update : Branch manager Jeremy has now called me and asked for my social security number, despite the PNC website starting that they will NEVER call and ask for this. When I told him I wasn't going to give that to him, he said "Well how else am I supposed to verify it's you?"I'm not sure if he was trying to come off like he wanted me to buy him iTunes gift cards to pay off an IRS balance but PNC seriously needs to get a handle on this.

An employee tried to Karen me about a parking spot. They had a pretty empty parking lot and I just pulled in and parked where I usually park. I'd never gotten a note or anything on my car, so I assumed it was okay. This employee came outside as I was getting in my car and even when I was nice to her and told her I was moving and that it was my mistake, she was still trying to pick a fight with me. I wasn't in anyone's way and I think it's just people bored and looking for things to pick at. Definitely will not be opening an account here.

The Call Center and general phone system is an absolute disaster. The attendants don't speak sufficient English and don't know their product. The endless advertising propaganda phone messages and ques would drive a saint to blasphemy. .

I go through the driveway window most of the time. They are very helpful and nice. This is a good bank to do business with. I will rate this bank 5 stars.

The employees at this branch from the manager on down are very friendly and knowledgeable however the underwriters that approve loans for this bank are just the opposite. BBVA Compass should be ashamed. After 10 years of banking with this branch I will be stopping my pension direct deposit and closing my account, last straw with these guys. My suggestion would be to avoid applying for any loans and put your CD and savings somewhere where you will be appreciated. Adios, what a waste of a decade.

Lobby open 9-5 Monday thru Friday closed Saturday. Drive thru open 8:30-5 Monday thru Thursday 8:30-6 Friday and closed on Saturday! Main branch on cox creek pwky open on Saturday until 12
