“I had a great experience, however, I feel is it a shame that I was charged a $8 fee for a certified check when I have had an account with Bank Independent for more than 20 years. I think as a valued customer that should be a service provided. I do not hold that against the teller, but the management needs to reconsider charging customers for this service.”

What I should expect regarding paperwork needs and when forms needed to be filled out, and thankfully, would text me to remind me to check my inbox when paperwork had a deadline. When I had an unexpected change while in underwriting, Susan called me and explained what was happening, ensuring that I understood it, and offered me other solutions, not pressuring me to continue if I didn’t want to. My loan closed on time as promised.”

However, every TVA Credit Union location I've been to has had a very friendly staff, are open on Saturdays and they are fast so waiting in line doesn't take long. If I could i would rate this 10/10. “Been with first metro for years on years on years. Havent really had msny issues with them. Only complaint i have is one specific lady idk her name but she acts like shes never had a good day in her life. U can tell she definitely doesnt wanna work and she really dont care. Stopped going to the Cloverdale location cuz she was by far the slowest and most unprofessional person....She ended up being switched to my main bank (hough road) wish something could be done with her. Was in line 30 minutes with only 2 cars ahead and pulled up to the window for her to refuse service cuz it was EXACTLY closing time”

“I stopped by today to make a quick car payment. The drive thru lines were long so I was going to go inside to make the payment. The inside of the bank is closed. Open for appointment only.I'm not sure the reasoning of this, but it is definitely an inconvenience.I just went up the street to a different location.”
