Over the past long number of years, I have used the big insurance companies with no local agents as well as some others who have local agents. First of all, there is nothing like having your own local agent who knows you. But, more importantly, there is nothing like having an agent like Bobby Champagne, who is there for you like none other that I have ever had. Bobby defines what you really want your insurance agent to be.

Bobby and his team are very knowledgeable about insurance and how to keep their customers safe. If there is ever a question about my coverage or anything with my policy I know I can call them and get answers immediately. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Mr. Champagne: I was called 6 times by one of your female employees Friday morning 2/22/19 from # 256-415-5888 asking for Brandi. I advised her I was not Brandi, no Brandi was at this number, and asked her politely to stop calling me several times. The last time she called ME she had the gall to call me rude after I said, "maam please stop calling me." I can see trying a number twice thinking you dialed wrong the first time but after that it becomes an annoyance. I sure hope, whomever this RUDE employee of yours is, she doesn't do this on a regular basis to potential clients that she contacts.
