Wish I could give them ZERO stars. They towed my vehicle after my insurance called them out. It was not my choice to have them tow my car. For 6 days we have been searching for my car. They won’t answer the phone. The auto shop finally called me today saying that last night it was dropped off with the key ON TOP OF THE CAR in the middle of the awning in the way of everything. SIX days later. No communication. Nothing. They would have never known whose car it was if my neighbor had not left his business card on the windshield “just in case”. Omgah. Terrible!

This morning, I went outside to get into my truck and found that I had a flat tire. I called my roadside service and they sent a young man from A Better Way Automotive to my house to change the tire for me. He was friendly and very efficient and had my tire changed very quickly. Excellent service!

Steven and his crew are the best. I had a very low opinion of mechanics until I gave them a try. So pleased with the work done on my Jeep that I brought both my girls to him as customers.
