Very good vet was my original review because of Dr William. However the place has gone down hill fast. The woman who is a vet there m
ixed up my dogs medicine, gave my dog Freya medicine that upset her stomach 3 separate on occasions while her file said not to issue it. Even the receptionist knew. The wait to s ridiculous and if your busy working this is NOT a place for you. I wasted hours waiting for simple prescription refills and after driving home another 30 minutes had to drive back just to exchange medicine.... Then was asked to wait longer to fill medicine and after 40 minutes of waiting I was asked to wait longer to speak with a vet. I waited an additional 20 min and walked out without medication as I sat there almost a half day. Everyone in the waiting room was complaining. On another visit a new helper placed 2 of my 8 week old puppies on the floor. Any one experienced with parvo knows you do not do that.

The front staff is nice. Sometimes you get right in and sometimes you wait for hours. They don't communicate very well at all you have to be very specific about your questions when you're there. Their prices are very reasonable that's why we keep going back.

The doctor and staff always treat me and my babies so well. My little girl was spayed 8/12/24, and they did a fantastic job with her.

No appointment is required for shots. The wait was minimal. The waiting area is large and clean. Staff is friendly.

Will is a wonderful dr. He's so kind hearted. You can tell that he loves his job and his animals that he takes care of . He took care of my best friend for 16 years never had a bad experience

Great doctor! I did have some issues with cleanliness and wait time though. When you walk in it smells of cat urine very strongly, as well as a spot on the floor by the front desk where a dog urinated from the day before and still wasn't cleaned up today. (I came two days in a row) the first day I waited for an hour for the doctor to check my dogs ears and give a Simplera. Then today (the second day) we waited and still are waiting over an hour and a half after getting here for just 4 Rabies vaccines. I understand places can get busy but this was kind of ridiculous. Especially because we waited outside, with NO shade, for the 4 rabies waiting in the truck.
