“Ok to address two of the bad comments....#1 no we can't give refunds on cash gift cards. You have to call the bank listed on the back of the card. It's a third party and once you buy it..it can't be returned for anything.#2 have to stay in line to check out produce? This store DOESN'T have produce. The West Point store up the road does.”
“I shop weekly at the Hartselle location to get little things for mom. She is à tight budget and lives in an assisted living facilties. I get cookies, over the counter meds, makeup, lipstick even bath and laundry needs. Great prices!”

“Dollar general is great to get a few items quickly. They have a little bit of just about everything you could need from food, drinks, household products and more. This location even sells beer. We stop here regularly when we need a few items quickly. Get in and out pretty quickly even at this busy location.”

“This is one of the best of the many Dollar General stores I have been in. The store is almost spotless. I never saw one store item on the floor nor were there any boxes stacked in the isles. The shelves were stocked and very well organized. The manager was very professional and very helpful with all our needs. The cashier was very polite and very patient. I live in The Trussville/Clay area and was on my way back from a visit to Madison. My sister and I enjoyed shopping in this store today. In my area our stores are a mess. You just want to run in and get out. I have stopped going to any of them in a 15 mile radius. They are never stocked so the shelves stay almost empty. It was such a pleasure shopping at The Dollar General in Falkville, Alabama.”
