5 minutes late and she tells me she took a walk in so I have to reschedule. that's crazy because when I am a walk in they tell me I have to make an appointment.

Took time off from work to go to the bank in person as my account had been illegally accessed and funds were stolen. A bank representative told me to just call the nationwide number to file a dispute. When asked if she could help me, her reluctance and downright refusal told me all I need to know about how terrible Wells Fargo has become. Been banking with WF for over 20 years but that relationship is over. Closing all my accounts and going to Navy Federal.

I just made a deposit around 7 am when the branch was not open yet so I really cannot comment on what the business is like because there were no bankers or tellers available. All I can really say is that you here is a walk up ATM and a drive thru teller window. It is a small bank in Fairhope, but I would say Wells Fargo is a very good bank, I have banked with this bank since I first started working at 18 and lived in California.

Won't cash there own checks unless u go inside with 2 forms of ID and thumb print. Make it as inconvenient as possible so u won't cash there checks.

Great service. The tellers have known my name for years and never fail to use it. Any problems I've had, they've never failed to find a solution. I only wish I agreed with Wells Fargo's opinions and stances on certain issues.
