My surgery was on 2/5/24, today is the 14th and I'm still waiting for my bedside commode. they blame everyone else for the delay, and then said to me today that they have not received Medicare approval and that I may have to pay out of pocket. they are the absolute worst!!!!!!

The girls there are OUTSTANDING!! Greeted me right away, had all my things ready for me, and gave a detailed presentation on everything I needed to know!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

A CPAP wearer for years, went to Wave when my machine died the night before. After a short visit with Jonathon I made plans to come back after getting necessary paperwork signed by my doctor. They were so helpful by allowing me the use of a "state of the art" CPAP machine as a loaner. Can highly recommendðŸ‘ðŸ‘

Had an emergency when my husband's CPAP stopped working while we were visiting from out of town. The service was kind and personal and they went out of their way to help us. Because of how pleasant of an experience we had, we will continue to use their services as we drive down from Huntsville at least twice per year. Highly recommended!!!
