All I can say is this is not almost all self checkout. If I am having to do my own work, then open all the self checkouts please. Stood in line for 15 minutes to do it myself. I use to like the Walmart, as much as one can like Walmart. It has gone down over the last few years. I try to limit all visits if possible.

2 weeks straight and grocery delivery gets delayed last minute. Nobody will answer phones, beware.!.

Walmart, as a whole, has turned into the McDonalds of retail. Crappy employees. Crappy service. Today at the this FAIRHOPE, AL location, I accidentally dropped a jar of sauce on the ground an it shattered. I quickly alerted to two employees about the mess/safety hazard. One employee unconcerned, simply said "ok" and did nothing. The second employee, in so many words pretty much said "I'm in a different department". What does that mean?? Then to the checkouts. Only two full-service checkouts were staffed and with long lines. All the while, five employees standing around the checkouts "monitoring", with their thumbs up their butts. Walmart is now a pathetic company with horrible hiring and staffing practices. All in the name of "saving a buck". Management is rarely seen on the floor. Much of their employees give me the impression the only reason they are working there is that it's court ordered by their parole officer.

Evan did an amazing job assisting me and my family when we didn't deserve great service but Evan went above and beyond and served our family well! Best service at a Walmart I have ever experienced!

Walmart delivery is the worst! I suggest when you really need something just go to Aldi or Publix. 4-6 hours late with delivery and no one answered the phone. Management is a joke!

Buyer beware. Gift card scam. Do not buy Walmart gift cards from this location with cash. Bought a gift card on the 12th put it into my wallet, mailed it to my grandparents on the 16th (straight from my wallet into a card) and on the 20th my grandparents check the balance on said card and it's ZERO. In comparing the card I was given to the card I handed to the cashier they are TWO different cards. Chad the manager said "there's nothing they can do".
