Was charged tax twice. Was also charged a non-negotiable setup fee for a setup they didn’t even do. Spent 2 hours on chat with corporate cleaning up a line that they left open after assuring me everything had been canceled out. Save yourself time and drive up to Malbis or Foley

Israel is such a delight to work with. Observing him helping those before me, he was friendly, met their needs, and showed his knowledge all while greeting everyone who came in and handling everyone to their satisfaction and in a timely manner.
I thought I had to leave Verizon to get the better deal from a competitor. Israel took the time to really understand what I was looking for and why I was considering switching. He then scoured the promotions and found me an even better deal with Verizon! I'm extremely impressed and satisfied!

Went into Verzion and the New Hire of this location Damien was amazing he assist me and fix my Apple Watch and made it back compatible to my phone and it wasn’t working for month but thanks to Damien for taking him time and doing it correctly Damien you really are amazing thank you so much!

this is legitimately the best verizon i have ever been in. the costumer service is phenomenal, and the staff is incredibly approachable, understanding, and straight forward. special thanks to Israel, for his outstanding costumer service, his immense help in my situation, and amazing training of his employees. thank you brother!

We went to this store for help setting up a prepaid Verizon phone. The Customer Service rep, Mitchell, went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of was incredibly kind and helpful and endured we had a positive experience from check in to check out. He is definitely an asset to the store that should be appreciated.

Came in with a problem and got help immediately, Mitchell got it figured out in about 10 minutes. Nice guy with a good personality. If you come in here ask for him or Mike both guys are awesome!

I went into the store because I can’t figure out how to buy a cube to charge my iPad. Mike and Mitchell figured out I was plugging the wrong end into my iPad. Sigh. Five star service! Friendly, personable, I’ll go back!
