Some of the employees are not trained well. The manager charged me 42.00 after one of the employees split up a large fax, which caused it not to go through properly to the person.We really need a new one South of town. This one is very small and slammed.

Just needed a copy made for insurance card,there was a very long line and only one very attentive attendant. I was pleasantly surprised when it only took her a few minutes to wade through an 8 deep line and had me out in about 10 minutes! Thanks ?
