This was our first time going to the Waggy Tail. I can't say enough good things about them. Our dog is a tea cup Yorkie and is filled with anxiety. She hates having her nails cut. She's anxious when we are not around. I told them how she was and they said no worries. When we picked her up we were speechless. They did an amazing Job! I will be going Back. Anyone who needs dog groomers I HIGHLY recommend them ?

One of my dogs came home bathed, but uncut. I was fully charged for a cut. I have 3 smalls, and they gave me the middle one clean, but uncut; bc she's dark black and was freshly washed, it was hard to tell. She got a bath and that's it, for $68.

The staff at Fairhope WT has always been extremely professional and fits all three of my girls on short notice. They do a phenomenal job on my three schnauzers, which makes me very happy. Great work to the Fairhope WT team.

We've been using the spa and groomers at The Waggy Tail for years and continue to be supper happy with the service. As you can see, Harleigh, our little "one-eyed-wonder", is happy as can be and looks beautiful!

It is a nice, clean facility that made it easy to bathe and dry our dogs. They provided everything we needed (shampoo, face cleaner, towels, hair dryer) for the chore. We went after the dogs were picked up from a local kennel and our dogs came home clean and smelling fresh. We will definitely be back!

I had a very bad experience with the owner...I tried to meet with him 3 times and finally did on my 4th attempt. I was trying to explain what was wrong, he would not listen along with being very condescending. My dog's paw was cut. I was told by the owner that they have to use sharp cutters and they don't let any dogs leave bleeding. The ladies at the front desk were very nice. The owner was very unprofessional and rude. I will never go back. I got my dog back with a cut on his paw and shoulder. The hair cut was terrible but that is not why I'm upset. I'm upset because they hurt my sweet puppy, kay k.

We took our doodle in for the first time (you can see the pictures below). Apparently he had a few mats, which I understand but it doesn't necessitate practically shaving my dog. No one even called to discuss or let me know. When I picked up, I was charged $50 more than I had been told. I called to speak with the groomer, Holly, and she hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional and not a great groomer. Wouldn't recommend and will never use again.

Super sweet. Willow is very anxious and shakes when she is away from anyone she knows. Groomer came out got to know her and waited patiently until she had calmed down. Everyone was so sweet and helpful. We will definitely be coming back.
