Sweat Tires in Fairhope was recommended to me when I moved to Fairhope in 2011. I was not disappointed then with their fair prices & premium customer service back then. I continue to be one of their repeat customers for tire purchases & even small auto repairs to this day. I recommend them highly to family, friends & co-workers.

They scratched my wheel on 4 out of 5 spokes and put dimples in the metal in 3 different places. They insisted that they did not do the damage to the wheel even though it was dropped off with zero scratches or dents on it. They told me they could call a guy but that would cost them around $150-$200 and they weren’t technically liable for any damages. So now I have a $700 wheel that they scratched because they are too incompetent to use their own machine the way it’s supposed to be used.

Ever since discovering Sweat Tire several years ago, we have been happy, loyal customers. They are incredibly honest, fair, and reliable, and always cheaper than we are expecting. The service is very professional, courteous, and timely. We have always been surprised by how quickly they have had our cars ready for pick up. They recently changed management, and we have been relieved to see that everything has remained top-notch. We are truly grateful for Sweat tire!

I had a slow leak in my tire. They charged me half what all the other companies quoted me. Gave me a really fair quote on four new tires and everyone was very friendly.

Daughter is in town for her last day, needs a quick oil change before she drives home. She got there and they told her it would be about 45 min. No big deal. 2 hours later she now needs an air filter. Ok no big deal. 1 hour later the filter shows up and I ask if the car is ready yet. We now have to wait for someone to be available to install the air filter. We are at almost 4 hours now still waiting in the lobby at this moment.

Always fair and friendly service. They keep you up on what's going on with your vehicle and let you know if they see anything else that is going to need fixing whether then or at a later date. I highly recommend them for your vehicle needs not just tires.
