They have a very rude and uneducated employee who should not be exposed to customers. My wife went in to pick up a necklace she dropped off months ago and it still isn't repaired. Alisa Valentim came out and talked to my wife and was very rude and unprofessional. Will not be back except to pick up the item and find a reliable and professional jeweler.

I just purchased an engagement ring from stowes. Beth was beyond helpful, and got me set up with the perfect set, at a reasonable price. She even went so far as to send off the ring to ensure the setting was substantial enough to withstand an active lifestyle, she didnt want me to walk out with anything less than perfection. I highly recommend stowes, great people, great products

AMAZING!!!! Stowe’s has been our families go-to jeweler for years! We just bought our engagement ring last week. Wanting something Heirloom and one of a kind they had some rings almost next day shipped in - two different batches. They by far exceeded our expectations!! As it was hard to choose from the selection shipped in just for us. Their jeweler had our ring polished and buffed out within days!!! They were excellent in every area and very professional. Do yourself a favor and go see mrs Beth and her staff!!

I don't know how these folks have had these bad experiences, but I bet they would have made anything right. They are wonderful folks and a great family business. I've been dealing with them since 91 and our family has had nothing but great experiences!!

I had my watch sent there to have the crystal face and watch band replaced. After 3 MONTHS of waiting for my watch to be returned to me I went to pick it up and noticed some things blatantly wrong. A: there were shards of broken crystal still inside the watch. B: The crystal face was not flush with the bezel, meaning it was tilted and then glued in place. This was passed off as a finished product, ready to wow the customer into repeat business right? I showed them their poor workmanship, they apologized and promised a quick turn around. Three days later I return to the store at 4:59, they close at 5. I get the proprietors attention and seemingly annoyed at my presence she lazily meandered to the door many moments later, unlocked the door, and instead of offering me entrance into the store or a ' how may I help you' I get what equated to a 'what'. I asked for my watch, she asks for my name then with attitude she locks the door behind her and meanders to the back. She hands me an envelope and proceeds to quickly lock the door before I stop her. I told her I need to check the watch before I accept it, and with an eye roll she relented. I checked it out and it was suitable. She then quickly shuts the door in my face and instantly locks it. Needless to say I will never shop here or allow anyone I know to shop here. I'm warning you now, stay clear of this place unless you want shoddy, expensive work passed off as if no one is smart enough to notice and the absolute worst customer service of any business in recent memory, well accept maybe Arby's. - Pathetic.
