Dana gave me the best cut!!!I’ve been avoiding a haircut for the past 8mos because it’s so hard to find someone that can do curly hair justice. My past stylist of several years, died recently and I had the “first world problem” of finding someone to take his place. With the recent heatwave my very long hair was unbearable so I gave in and decided to get a quick cut. Dana was the first available and I’m so glad she was. She’s was very patient and listened to my minimal description of what I wanted…I wish I knew the lingo. Even with my bare minimum ability to describe what I wanted, she pulled it off. I’m very happy with the end result AND I’m not overheating while standing still in the shade.

If you need a fade this is not the place to go. Haircut took 10 minutes and it shows. Missing spots were everywhere. Thankfully I went to a real barbershop and they fixed it for me. Lesson learned.

While I'm happy w/the price/value ratio I'm unhappy with their customer service. The barber, Dana, was pretty, smart, engaging, but she did not listen to me as to desired cut & moustache trim. I asked for just a trim of my hair to top of my ears & to trim moustache just a bit as I related that I like it long. She cut probably 50% of my hair length & whacked off 90% of my moustache! I do not care for their intrusiveness about tipping & standing over me while filling out credit card info. Love the MVP choice w/massaging shampoo & neck/shoulder massage but felt like she rushed through it & that she didn't particularly like the fact that I chg'd my choice from basic cut to the whole MVP pkg.Service: Haircut

I was there for a hair cut Jennifer did a great job last time. I could tell she really knewI could tell she really what she was doing. Ears eyebrows etc. Today I was 2nd in the door . The man I held the door for got seated immediately. Both of us were asked did we fill check in on line. Neither had. Then person after person got called ahead of me even when I was next on Deck. 30 dollars is high to me.i went down the street. No hard sell to buy product after. I liked that.Service: Hairstyling
