I live in Dallas, TX and due to the storm that came through there are no water heaters in Dallas at this time. I googled the store and spoke with Chris to see if there was any way they could use my FEDEX number and ship me a unit. I know this is an unusual request, and he walked me through the process, explaining what would need to be done in order to make that happen. He was professional, friendly and efficient, and they even drove my until to the shipping location so I didn't have to request a driver pick up. We've been through such an ordeal here and Chris defiantly made me life easier! A GREAT BIG TEXAS SIZED THANK YOU!

Started out a good experience but went down hill quickly. They ordered me a part and said it would be in next day. I stopped in the next day but no part. He "assumed" it in was in a local wearhouse but was wrong, no big deal. The part came in a few days later on a Friday. They called like they said they would, great. When I went to pick it up nearly an hour before their posted closing time they had locked the door and just rolled there eyes at me when I tried to open the door leaving me partless for the weekend. I had to drive to Pensacola to get what I needed to complete my project. They cost me time, money and are 0% apologetic about it.

I called today to find out if Southern Pipe & Supply actually does poly repipes. Unfortunately they are just a supply company but I had an awesome experience talking to Chris who took the time to give a list of contacts, a brief history of each one, would could do the job for me. If I was a plumber I'd be doing my business with these guys just based on their service alone. Good job Chris. Rick from Atlanta GA.
