Cheap clothes (quality not price), probably good for teenagers. I can definitely tell the difference between the new owner/buyer and the old buyer/owner. Not as much quality and class.

My daughter visited this store and she will not be back. Would have loved to give zero stars. Employees are rude and inconsiderate and do not care if anyone purchases anything or not. Seemed to be very judgmental with customers. Plenty of other places to shop in Fairhope other than here where people are nice and helpful.

I will give 1 star only because of your collection. Your employees are the rudest young ladies I've ever in countered. They did not offer to help, never offered a dressing room. It was 5 minutes to 5 and we were well aware of the time, they stared at us, like we were an imposition. We made a purchase and walked out at 5:02. Never to return!

One of the only boutiques open in this adorable town on a Sunday. The service was amazing - sweet lady even stayed a little late to help me pick out a few things. The clothing options are unique and of high quality. Left feeling like I truly had something special! Love this place!

This business has the absolute worst customer service. They sent me a box of shoes by mistake, I never ordered them, never seen them in my life. I asked them what they wanted me to do about it and they told me to ship them back and that they would reimburse me. I drove around to three different places, usps, ups, and fedex for the cheapest rate. It was going to cost me $22 to ship back. I didn't feel comfortable doing that. Who knows if they'd really reimburse me. I couldn't figure out why they wouldn't just send me a shipping label. After emailing and asking for a shipping label they didn't reply for 15 days. By this point I was on vacation with my family. While out of town they took the money fraudulently without asking out of my checking acct (bc they had my card on file from previouspurchase) they now refuse to credit my account back and I still have no shipping label. This is absolutely terrible service! The owner is absurd and rude!

Nonexistant customer service. Sales associate was on cell phone entire time. No help at all. We were the only people in the store.
