This pharmacy is awful. They seem to not be able to keep staff. They don't answer the phone. Calls are picked up and sent straight back to the reciever and you hear the hold music. You don't even get a hello.
The wait will be 10-25min for the car line so be prepared to sit.

Latest awful experience shortly before 5pm. I walked in and found the line with 3 ahead of me. The man at the counter was trying to pick up a script. He had been there for at least 5 minutes before I got in line. Ten minutes later with both of the counter workers digging all over the place trying to find his medication he gave up leaving. By this time the line was 6 deep.
*The policy here that counter workers should follow is if one cannot find the script then the second takes over looking - NOT BOTH KEEP LOOKING! The first worker can service the growing line of annoyed customers to try and shrink it! I chose to call another Walgreens location several miles away while I was waiting in line for them to transfer my already filled script that I was trying to pick up to their location. This Walgreens location at Spanish Fort is a disaster! I have had one good experience here out of six visits! The location may look convenient --- but believe me, it is NOT.

Just sat at the drive through pharmacy window for 5 minutes, no acknowledgment, totally ignored. Finally drove away and will have to unfortunately come back later.

The people that work in the Pharmacy are ABSOLUTELY horrible! They are RUDE, have no kind of respect, they have no customer service and its always an issue when dealing with my sons medicine. If I could give -0 stars I would!

Prescription are always delayed on back order or something. You will wait in drive thru for ever they don’t care and will not acknowledge that you are sitting there waiting. Customer service is awful. Stay clear of this location.

This pharmacy seems to get worse every time I come, a while back they lied about not having medicine and I got the lady to call another local Walgreens and she picked up the phone and hid around the corner and came back real quick and said they were out as well so I called them myself and they had it filled it and told me they’d had it in stock, and not even received a call from another Walgreens and now today like many others the girl working inside at the pharmacy register is rude as hell, short with everybody I saw checkout while I was waiting on an RX they couldn’t find, great customer service

Negative stars should be a thing, because they would have it. The WORST pharmacy experience I have ever had!!! On top of that they sold me the meds and didn’t ask for me to verify anything or ask for my diver license for the C2. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

Rude and controlling. Couldn't pick up a 25day supply until the 26th day. Changing pharmacies as fast as I'm able.

I wish I could give this pharmacy negative stars the customer service is so rude and disrespectful. The young women working the drive thru talks down to you and is disrespectful. When you ask to speak to the pharmacist she rolls her eyes and says she's on the phone and can't talk. So you need to park and come in and she'll talk to you when she has the time. That was after I had already been in line waiting for 30 minutes. Will be reporting to the BBB.

Will not ever recommend using this Walgreens Pharmacy. Been lied to and BS'd on more than one occasion. I'm currently looking for a new pharmacy.

Horrible experience. I called this Walgreens before I arrived. They stated the prescriptions will be ready in 15 minutes. Arrived 30 minutes after, the prescriptions were not filled. Then they advised 2 out of 4 prescriptions are out of stock and they would reorder. I had to wait for a long time to get what’s in stock filled and will need come back another day when the other 2 prescriptions are in stock. Would not come back to this pharmacy.
