I was very impressed with the experience my son had as a first time homebuyer. Poenta Luckie and Suzanna Chatten walked him through every step and promptly answered all of his questions to the end. They took a stranger under their wing and made this big financial step a little less anxious. Thank you so much for your knowledge and kindness.

This is my former bank and I really like this organization. They gave cool gifts for new accounts, put out coffee, fresh fruits and more in the lobby every day and all the people were very professional and super friendly. Plus when we reached out to them as a potential sponsor for the fundraiser we put on every year, for St Jude Children's Hospital, they were always eager to participate. So yeah nice folks. There's no branch close to me in my new home but I got a call about money in one of my old accounts that I had forgotten about that needed attention the other day so it brought me to this new Baldwin County location about 45 minutes away. The folks here were super nice and they eagerly took care of cutting me a cashier's check for the forgotten funds and we talked about the possibility of maybe coming to a location near me in the future. Hey I would switch from the weasels at Regions in a New York minute because they bite. Anyhow this is a small branch with a small counter and just a couple desks but there's a drive-thru and all their services are available. Covid protocols are in place so the door is locked but they greet you and let you in we you arrive, if you're wearing a mask of course.Bottom line: zero or no fee accounts, professional and friendly people who are very community oriented!
