I love Publix grocery stores; always clean, friendly employees and fresh food. Never felt threatened in the parking lot.

Went to get a sub, stood for 15 minutes as one lady worked and 3 sat and did nothing. When they finally asked me what I wanted, I started to tell her. She ignored me and started getting the order of some girl who just walked up. So I walked out and will never come back.

Everything is very clean! Publix has a wide selection of groceries, and prepared food. I personally like the Asain bbq beef rice bowl in the food court. The upstairs is a nice place to eat. I was thankful that they have Apple Pay. The people are very new since this Publix has just opened but they are always willing to help you out!

Everything here was clean and organized. Yes, even the bathrooms were clean. The staff was friendly, mindful, and helpful. I was able to find everything pretty easily even though I do not shop this publix very much. Checkout was quick and cashier and bagger were both very nice and helpful.

I always get excellent customer service at this Publix. In fact I have a daughter with special needs who wanted to work at Publix (she now is a bagger at Publix in Daphne! That's where they had an opening) and the manager heard it and saw that she was bagging all my groceries and so he went and got her her very own Publix name tag! This meant SO MUCH to my daughter. I have no complaints about Publix. Only good things to say. If you have a grown or teenaged loved one with special needs this is a great place to get them a job!

We transfered to Publix from another pharmacy recently. I wish we had made the move sooner! We have had several visits so far and they are always nice, knowledgeable and quick. Today, Natalie was so helpful! The pharmacy was out of my son's prescription and she called around to check the other local Publix stores and had the prescription transfered for me. I have never had that level of customer service from a pharmacy before! It has always been my responsibility to call around and find another pharmacy and then call back to have it transferred. Natalie saved me so much time and was so sweet! Great job, Publix!

Let me start by saying I usually do not do reviews on grocery stores. However, in this case I believe the behavior and result warranted this review. Publix has always been known as a customer service oriented grocery location. They were not the low-cost provider however their specials combined with very good customer service made shopping there a good overall value.In the past two months The customer service has given way too well I will term is jumping through hoops to meet special pricing and what I would consider deceptive pricing practices. The most recent was today. As part of a grocery list purchased today, 1 gallon of Publix diet sweet tea was on the list. They did not have the product in the cooler cabinet however after engaging a Publix employee they found half gallons in the back.The half gallon size is $2.50 per so I took 2ea a thinking they would adjust the price since the issue came out of a shortfall of inventory of the 1 gallon size.When checking out I explained the situation to Betty (who is very nice) and she asked one of the manager to see if an adjustment could be made.He replied that he was unable to make the adjustment because he could not change the barcode. I did not wish to make a scene at the register nor upset Betty, so went ahead and accepted things as they were. I will not make that mistake again. Betty was very apologetic for the result.I was in a customer service related industry for 35 years and pricing adjustments to accommodate shortfalls in inventory were a common and well accepted part of customer service. To say that that excuse is meaningful is falling far short of the bar that Publix used to set.

In the past, I would have given this pharmacy five star review. I cannot do this anymore. I have a medication that I HAVE to use once a day for a lung condition. Until 2 months ago, I got this RX filled automatically. Then, I stopped getting it on time 2 months in a row, and have to call, only to be told, that it was "ordered" and was unable to get it on time, resulting in me not having it for approximately 3 days, both months. This medication has kept my lung condition stable, and it is very important to use every day. I called again, this month, feeling that maybe last monthwas just a mistake. I will reinforce, that for years, it was always automatically refilled. I called and talked to a tech, who sounded very uncaring, and I could only get her response that if it was"on the shelf" I would get it, not answering why this has changed, so I asked to speak to a pharmacist, as I could tell the tech was not only uncaring, but not knowledgeable and could not answer what have changed. I did talk with a pharmacist, obviously more professional and she told me that it was a manufacturer problem, and I should be getting texts, as I no longer get them when any RX is filled. She told me there was something wrong with their texting system. The pharmacist was very nice and caring and told me that I need to call 10 days before I am out of this medication. I will do that. Due to the very importance of this medication, I feel that I should have been notified before now, as like I said, it has been on their automatic refill program and it is so more inefficient than it used to be. When I bring in a new RX, it takes more time than it used to to be filled. I have always loved this pharmacy, but I am very disappointed now. They appear to be understaffed, and extremely busy. I sincerely do not like to complain, but this medicine for my lungs is very important. The overall quality of the pharmacy, in my opinion, has declined over the last few months. I do thank the pharmacist that I talked to, as she told me to request a refill 10 days before it needs to be filled, and what the problems are. I could have avoided this lack of a very important medication, that used to be filled automatically, if someone in the pharmacy had called to let me know of this change. I wish the quality of this pharmacy was like it used to be. Something has definitely, in my opinion, that has changed the way this pharmacy operates.

My compliments to Ryan, pharmist intern. I had an diverticulitis attack last Saturday morning. After a long afternoon at the Thomas Hospital ER, I was informed that their pharmacy was closed! Appalling! Thank God Publix Pharmacy was open. Accommodating, knowledgeable, and caring, this young man listened, answered my questions, and promptly filled my prescriptions. Very much appreciated!

Always a great exp. Smooth parking lot, plenty of room, nice rolling shopping baskets. All the employees are very helpful. The place is clean and never have to wait to check out. Nothing but love for the Publix experience!
