I always have a great experience at Procycle and Tri bike shop. The owners, Joseph and Katie, are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They always help me find the perfect bike for my needs and budget, and gave me some useful tips on how to maintain it. They also have a wide selection of accessories, clothing, and nutrition products for cyclists and triathletes. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality bikes and service.

Took my bike in for their $85 tune up (had an issue with the brakes squeaking). Got the bike back later than what they promised. Just took it out for the first ride since picking up and now there is a clicking when I peddle and some of the gears are rubbing (this wasn’t happening before it took it in). Now I need to go to another bike shop pay additional money to get this problem fixed. Seems like a nice shop but wouldn’t recommend or take my bike back there. It was just a rip off for me.

Joseph did an outstanding job doing both my wife’s and my road bike fittings while working through multiple seats in order to find the right match. Highly recommend a visit if you are riding on a seat that gives you problems.

I have been looking at upgrading from a hybrid to a road bike. I have visited a few shops in Baldwin County and my experiences were less than desirable, based off the lack of willingness to truly explain differences and options. I walked into Pro Cycle and Tri expecting the same experience, thinking nobody wanted to spend time with a newbie. I was 100% wrong. Katie spent an hour with me explaining different options and helping me, by understanding what I truly wanted to do with cycling. She didn't pressure me to try and buy today, like other shops have tried because of limited supply. Instead she worked with me and gave me facts to think about. I didn't make a purchase today, but I will definitely be back there within the next two days to buy a new bike. Customer Service is what earns and retains customers and it looks like they truly understand this at their shop.
