Nice people went in to get a pedicure and full set on Saturday by Saturday evening my gel polish had started peeling off and my full set has bobbles in and 4 nails my thumb nail polish is almost completely gone I wish I could post a pic. My experience at Pretty Nails next door to Big Lots was extremely disappointing, to say the least. Upon entering the salon, I encountered one man and two women, all claiming to be managers. Things took a turn for the worse when a young girl, who had her nails done before my nails got finished, left the salon. Just ten minutes later, her father stormed in, visibly upset about the subpar job done on his daughter's nails. He adamantly said he wasn't going to pay $60 for the service unless her nails were fixed. One of the women, who wasn't initially attending to me, quickly intervened, declaring herself as the manager and offering to rectify the situation. However, it was evident that the customers were still dissatisfied when they left. During the course of my own nail treatment, the woman attending to me displayed a complete lack of attentiveness and disregard for my concerns. She repeatedly brushed off my explanations and insisted that my nails would look good once she was finished. As she neared the completion of the service, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the outcome and the overall appearance of my nails. I requested that a manager review the situation, pointing to the woman who had claimed to be the manager earlier. After examining my nails, she promptly started working on them. Upon completion, I informed the staff that I would only pay for the pedicure and not for the nail service. In response, the first woman who had initially worked on my nails began to shout loudly at me and even threatened to cut off my nails with nail clippers. Given that my nails were already cut quite short, this was an alarming and unnecessary threat that made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Overall, my experience at Pretty Nails was characterized by poor service, lack of professionalism, and an altercation that left me feeling disrespected and uneasy. I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau and Alabama's cosmetology licensing.

I went spent way more than I have ever. got nails and feet and then my eye brows. eyes brows wasn't done right. nails looks like crap. she even forgot to paint one of my toes! and when I went back she just laughed. yeah she fixed it but how do you forget to paint someone's toe. I got them done Thursday and they are already starting to come off!!!! I will not ever return here again!!! i was two hours here for no reason!

Nails done not once but TWICE in two days and they are just popping off like press one. I went in the first time thr lady was so rude to me and didn't want to redo them. I said give me my money back then. She said no not an option. I told her I paid $80 for basic nails she said no u only paid $65. I said ok $65 for trash nails.The guy who did them literally didn't dehydrate the nail and said these where so long.... which they aren't. Tips kept falling off when he was shaping them. Called and made an appointment; pedicures for 4 people, and they did not tell me they only had two people working. One was with someone else, so by the time she got to me, my feet were soaking in cold water. Pedicure was mediocre, at best. Maybe 20 minutes. Charged me $35 which I thought was fairly high for an extremely basic job. But what really got me was that she charged THIRTY DOLLARS for each of my two kids, ages 6 and 7. They spent maybe 10 minutes on each of them. Their salon smelled terrible and everything was dirty and very old.Service: Pedicures

Not a fancy place, outdated furnishings, BUT the quality of a job they did was wonderful! Was greeted and helped as soon as I walked in. Much better job on my nails then any of the other salons I’ve been to in Fairhope.

Payed 50$ for 30 mins of there time on fake toe nails. Pedicure, no soaking , no nothing. Felt like I was a nobody! Thx

Ladies, do not come here. You are guaranteed to leave unsatisfied.- Was not happy with letting me pick my color.- Rushed me out of the pedicure chair. My feet only soaked for 5 minutes. If that.- Didn't use a puma stone on my feet.- Told her I already shaped my nails the way I wanted and she did it anyways, not to mention did a really bad job.- Some of my nails aren't even painted to the cuticles. It looks like a child did it.- Was using predatory tactics to try to sell me gel nails that I did not want. (literally had to tell her no 7 times. She would reply, "why don't you want gel nails?" Every time that I said no.)Overall it was a waste of my money and I could've done better myself. Would not recommend "Pretty nails" to anyone. I don't write reviews much at all. The worst manicure pedicure. The lady acted like she didn’t even know what she was doing or she was rushing because there were so many people waiting. By that evening the polish was coming off my fingernails. So I nicely went back and ask them if they would just put another coat of polish on my nails and she proceeded to tell me I needed to get gel nails. I said no I didn’t pay for gel nails. And I took the bottle of nail polish and polish my own nails and told her I’d never be back that it was the worst manicure pedicureServices: Gel manicure

They did a horrible job. I could have got my daughter or neice do my nails cause it look like a 5yr old did them. Less then 5days my nails came off and polish. Never go thereServices: Pedicures
