Somehow locked my purse, car key, and cell phone in my car while I was vacuuming it after the car wash. Rick, the manager was extremely helpful, calling the car dealerships to try to get information on how to get my car opened. He ended up having an employee take me home to get my extra set of keys. Such a nice, polite, helpful group there! And the carwash was great!

The vacuums never work. Every time I pull up either one or both vacuums (on each side of the car) are not working no matter which station I pick. Been coming here for over a year. And this has always been an issue.
Also, I’ve been paying $35 per month for most expensive membership but when I go through the tunnel I don’t always get their best wash.

I’ve never been to this particular car wash so I was unaware what to do when I drove up. The sign the worker flashed was hard to see because it wasn’t well lit outside yet and it was getting dark. The worker was really rude and was openly talking to the other worker saying “it’s not hard to just do what you’re supposed to”, referring to me trying to pull forward and get on top of the line to get through the car wash. He kept mumbling things to his coworker as well. I accidentally had my foot on the break and because I couldn’t see the sign I didn’t know I was supposed to be in neutral because the other ones I go to just have me pull forward. It was a simple mistake but he was very, very rude and made the whole visit unpleasant.

I had to cancel my membership at Pit Stop after having been a member ever since they started their membership program. For the past year, they have been closed for carwashes too many times and the last 3 times I went thru, I didn't get "The Best" wash, which is what I paid for. The first was just an ordinary wash, the next was "The Better" wash and the last time was "The Better" wash and the brushes on the right side were inoperative and tied down. I was very happy with their service prior to these events, but they have gone down hill very fast. Seems like mediocrity set in.....
Went back to give it a try again and now for the past two times I have been there, they were CLOSED..... So much for giving it another try.
I guess I'm a knuckle head, but I went back. Something has changed for the better and I hope it stays that way because it is so convenient. Everyting has worked for now and they have improved by adding a free microsoft towel service, with cleaners, a free tire air pump, a free floor mat cleaner and a free windshield cleaner fill up service..... The monthly member service is around $40, for the whole enchilada, but when you factor in unlimited washes with all the added services, it's a hard deal to pass up.....
