“Very helpful with the knowledge he had been trained with, I fault AT&T with the for lack of better words ignorance of not having a product Specialists for all brands of electronics they sell and lock us into contracts with and no support at the store front level with properly trained personnel. It is not the Employees fault responsibility I'ds that of the corporate culture as they don't care you may not know how to use what you just paid for and neither does the employee that you bought it from. The car business is Technology based and you do not get to sell highly technical cars until you are Certified on the product.Without demonstration and answering customer faced fact finding questions will get you fired. What the HELL AR&T ARE YOU REALLY THAT OUT OF TOUCH WITH CUSTOMER SATISFACTION?”
