I get a manicure and pedicure here often and I love how the ladies are so nice and friendly. This place is clean and busy. Sometimes you have to wait, but it's worth it.
Cleanliness: Always neat and clean.
Stylist: Tanya she's great but so are all the others

I love coming here for manis. I always get the shellac and they last over 3 weeks. The staff was wonderful. Pleasant, kind, and professional. Great atmosphere and very clean.

Absolutely love this place, my go-to nail salon in the area! Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating! I had a girl do a special design for me and the price was very reasonable!

I had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE there today. I arrived 10 minutes before their 'opening' time at 11:00. I was put in the pedicure chair a little after 11. (Because there was already a customer there.) They put the acetone on my nails to soak off the SNS a little around 11:15. This was not removed UNTIL AROUND 1:00!!! My nails were burning me!! Someone came in AFTER me and got a pedicure AND manicure BEFORE my pedicure was completed. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED. I WILL NOT BE BACK. AND I AM FROM FAIRHOPE, AL, BY THE WAY.... NOT SAN FRANCISCO, CA!!!

My manicure was painful! She cut three of my cuticles with the drill, one to the point it was bleeding. My polish is uneven. Several of my nails are missing polish on the side, not covered by polish at all! Also, my pedicure was horrible, flooded cuticles, no clean lines at all. Super disappointed after over $100 visit. I was very aware that I was a topic of conversation between two women and I wasn’t included. It was a very awkward and painful experience. I’ll never go back.

My nails are pretty I love the shape!! But I was very disappointed with my French tip. I could tell she was skeptical about doing it bc she kept looking at the picture I provided…they are all uneven and crooked on some.. and I still paid 70 dollars…everytime I go in my price is higher than the time before and I get the same thing every time. They are really sweet to their clients. But everyone in there isn’t as good as the man and the owner.

I will never go here again. The owner did my nails - she did the wrong color on sas nails - she redid it the wrong color again. She was very rude - after 5 hours - she still didn't get the right color. I was the only customer there and the 4 people gained up on me when I asked for a gift certificate to get my nails redone correctly as I couldn't stay longer after 5 hours - I wanted to pay but have a correction done at a later date. They would not agree to fix their mistake. They have bad reviews & I wish I would have read the reviews - as I would never have gone there. They even have a sign up stating they have students working who are not certified . They only care about money - not customer satisfaction.

To start, on the FIRST finger she started drilling, she cut my skin. Then, the drill was so hot it was burning my fingers. She pushed down on my nails so hard I had to pull my hand away and ask her to stop twice. My nails have tons of bubbles under the polish and they are all uneven and shorter than I asked for. I made comments multiple times that some nails were shorter than others, some were pointier, and I told her when she was hurting me, and they still look bad. The nails all point different ways, I asked for almond shape and they are like circles, and they are all super wide. It also took over an hour despite there being only one other person in the salon.

I have a broken foot so I’m in a “shoe”. The staff was very kind and caring. Very gentle and it worked out well. I can’t thank them enough. Will def keep going there.Services: Foot massages
