Went to Lucassen Paint & Body after going to Crash Champions in Fairhope to get an estimate for my front bumper that Walmart Auto Care accidentally damaged. Crash Champions gave me a $1,100 estimate that included replacing the bumper with an aftermarket item.
I went to Lucassen to get a second opinion, and the front desk employee inspected it, said it wasn't broken, and realigned the bumper in the parking lot with basic hand tools in 10 minutes, and it looked good as new.
I begged him to let me pay him for his time because he saved me a lot of time and money, and he told me that he wouldn't charge me anything, which was awesome.
If I ever need any bodywork in the future, I'm returning to Lucassen because they won't spend more time writing up an estimate and will actually inspect the damage.

Very thankful for the work done by Lucassen Paint & Body. I was in a bit of a unique situation with the insurance companies and Lucassen stepped in and handled everything for me. The repair time was less than what he initially told me, and along with that, all aspects of communication was great. Lord willing I wont need to use a body shop again, but if I do, it'll be Lucassen.

They had me at hello!
Patrick and the entire staff at Lucassen Paint & Body warmly welcomed me, offerred optional repair/replace solutions, kept me apprised as the work was being performed, finished the job in the estimated amount of time (just 5 working days) AND nearly detailed my truck inside and out. Their customer service is steller and I never expected a car wash but it really made me so happy! My backup camera, windshield wiper and automatic tailgate are all brand new!
If you need auto paint/body work done then go straight to Lucassen! I hope I don’t need them again but I’ll know where to go if I do.

I took my 2020 Subaru WRX STi in to try to find and resolve an issue where water was getting into my vehicle. I was talked down to as if I was a dummy, an idiot and not worth the company's time throughout my experience with them. They did give me a date to bring my car in for them to "inspect" and try to find the problem. When I was told to return that they had some options, I was told that they absolutely would not attempt to address my issue in the proper fashion and it seemed that they made no attempt to find out exactly what the issue was and what they tried to sell me on as being the issue, they refused to fix or address in any other fashion than with epoxy which they admitted was not the right way to address it. I am building this car into a race car and have $90,000 of my own money invested in it. I brought my car to Lucassen because they had always had a great reputation from all that I've heard. Never again will I ever consider Lucassen for any of my paint and body/collision needs. And for their shitty way of "addressing" me, my concerns, and issue I will never be back, and you should never consider them either. I now don't trust or believe there is anyone worthwhile in the collision/paint and body industry.
