My husband made an appointment. Online stated opened. Drove from Foley since their offices are closed. Fairhope office closed.None of these offices are opened. Forget phone calls. DO NOT GET EMERALD CARD. charge for using your own money. If it's locked # don't match ss#. No help, None!

Will NEVER use H&R again!I went to them so my taxes would be filed correctly. Well......WRONG! I filed them at the beginning of February and here we are in April I have yet to receive my tax return because I received a letter from the IRS. My taxes were NOT filed properly!! They will NOT take responsibility for there mistake but they got their money! So... Do yourself a favor and use Turbo Tax it is WAY cheaper! Zero stars! Absolutely terrible place to get your taxes done.
