“What a great store!!! Little bit of everything and anything you could ask for in an antique shop. Really enjoyed looking around every inch of this place and found some wonderful pieces to take home. We will definitely be back!!”
“Love this business, however they have closed their Fairhope location. I checked online and on Yelp, but their business showed open. A little disappointed to drive all the way from Pensacola for them to be closed, but the store front had a sign that they'd be reopening in a different location in March.”
“Friendly staff, good selection of ornaments, & decor ranging in price from reasonable to higher end. Some unusual items you dont see in other stores, even held our purchases while we did shopping at other stores.”
“Incredible eclectic selection of outdoor room & garden decor. Elegant, cute, surprising, traditional, creative and more. Very helpful & friendly staff and the prices are reasonable.”

Not only is it a pharmacy but it is a great place to shop and find many different things that you normally wouldn't find in a conventional brick and mortar store or online . The ladies there are a hoot, everyone there makes you feel like family when you come and you don't have to wait longer than about 5 minutes for your prescriptions I would recommend this place to anyone they make the other commercial pharmacies like or a waste of any of my time. I'll never use anyone else but then!”
“In response to the negative review posted on Ole Bay Mercantiles Google reviews. To Leanne B regarding the negative review: I am the owner of the store and had the interaction with your son. Your son was at a display in my store unattended by any adult. While there was a “try me” button on 2 musical Santa figurines, your son was playing with the button in such way that it looked like he was mashing the buttons on a video game. My first comment to him was to please stop repeatedly pushing the buttons down. He ignored my request and continued to play with the buttons. My next action was to ask him where his parents were, so that I may speak to them directly about his disregard for my property. There are many items in my store that are fragile and can be broken. We kindly ask parents to instruct their children to “look with their eyes and not their hands”, but there was no parent. The mother then came into the store and listened to her son complain about my interaction with him. The mother then began to yell at me for talking to her son and left the store. The father then came in the store and yelled at me for talking to their son about his behavior. This was a teaching moment for these parents to teach their children about respecting other people’s property and other adults. I expected an apology from the parents, but received what is wrong with our children and society today…no respect for property or authority. We have a lovely gift store that welcomes all to browse and shop. Our store has been here for 34 years. Ole Bay is frequented and loved by locals and tourists alike. God Bless you Leanne B and your family.”
“We had a very large commercial project that we had a certain investment range and time frame to complete. Not only did Christine come out on Sunday to meet me, she had the estimate ready that day and the project was completed within our 4 week deadline. Any issues we have had were taken care of immediately! Not only was the choice to go with christine at all about the windows a smart investment, it has been essential to have a company that stands behind their product no questions asked!”
